Bronwyn Review

Bronwyn - Highlands Ranch

Bronwyn is currently in middle school in Highlands Ranch. She is an avid fan of music, and enjoys spending her free time playing her guitar.

Bronwyn started lessons at Littleton Guitar School as a total beginner with a little bit of video game guitar experience. She is supported strongly by her guitar-playing dad, Greg and mom Jen. Here is an interview with Bronwyn and her feelings about her learning experience at Littleton Guitar School.

LGS: How did you view guitar lessons before you started taking lessons with Littleton Guitar School?

BT: I always view guitar lessons as something to have fun with while you learn. I have taken other guitar lessons and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I have with Ken. Ken makes it a time to play around with the guitar and I find myself learning faster. I use small things like, eddie ate dynamite good bye eddy, all of which Ken has taught me.

LGS: How has that perception about guitar lessons changed?

BT: My perception has changed a lot. I use to having lessons thrown at me with not much to go on but now with Ken, he will go over anything, new or old, to help me learn. He also makes sure that you are comfortable with what you are learning so you don’t feel pressured into learning a song or notes.

LGS: Name 3 things you understand or can do now, that you didn’t understand or couldn’t do before you began guitar lessons with Littleton Guitar School:

BT:

  1. Pick out the notes or chords in song playing on the radio or on my personal music
  2. I can create my own songs, find the right chords, and find the time signature all on my own
  3. The third thing I noticed I can do is use different picking patterns or styles for different songs.

LGS: What is your favorite thing about the guitar lessons?

BT: My favorite thing about guitar lessons has got to be having group lessons. Its my favorite because I get to met new people and you can learn off each other or can use each other as a resource. Ken makes these lessons about feeling and experiencing the music.

LGS: If you were to recommend me to a friend who wanted to learn to play the guitar, what would you tell them?

BT: I have already recommended Ken to my friends that play guitar and I always tell them that guitar lessons with Ken are always fun and exciting. You can learn at your own pace and learn any song that you want to learn.

LGS: Is there anything else you’d like to add?

BT: I am so glad that I chose Ken to be my guitar teacher. I know that without Ken I wouldn’t have had this much fun anywhere else. I plan to continue to take guitar lessons with him and I know that every lesson will be as fun and exciting as the last.
